The publishers of the Showcase magazines give no warranties, guarantees or assurances and makes no representations regarding any goods or services advertised within its magazines. While every effort will be made in this regard, colour and position are not guaranteed.

A 50% deposit is required on placing an order and the balance payable on the approval of advert before publishing unless alternate payment has been arranged. A surcharge may, at the discretion of the publisher, be levied on any late payments. The Publisher reserves the right to remove any advertisement if full and final payment has not been received before printing commences.

Every effort is made to reproduce material accurately, however incompatibilities in full colour printing occasionally has unpredictable results. Provided that such variations do not detract from the promotional message, the Publisher will not be held liable, and the ADVERTISER shall have no claim as a result of such variation.

The Publisher cannot guarantee any specified positions within the magazine.

ADVERTISERS may only cancel or reschedule if written notice is given 3 weeks before publication date. Failing this, the ADVERTISER will be invoiced for 50% of the advertising cost. If an ADVERTISER cancels their advertising campaign prior to the completion of their contract period, the ADVERTISER will be invoiced for the difference between the contract term price and the standard price pertaining to the number of editions taken.

ADVERTISERS must inform the Publisher of any artwork changes before the 20th of month preceding publication. The Publisher reserves the right to remove any advert where it hasn't received a signed off order and/or proof.
